Definitions

  • Service Provider: River Tree Marketing Group LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company with its principal place of business in Lake Ariel PA 18436
  • Client: Anyone who completes a purchase of any products or services.
  • Product(s): Products are outlined in the following list with descriptions to give you a clear understanding.
    • Digital Business Cards: This Product is a physical card that is NFC capable, sized to fit in an average wallet or purse, and the printed design can be customized. Full Artistic license is given to the Service Provider in creating the design.
    • Digital Profiles: This Product is an online hosted page with personal information provided by the buyer, making it easily accessible for anyone who accesses the page.
    • Digital Bundles: This Product is a bundle package of two of our Products, including a Digital Business Card and a Digital Profile.

Services:

  • Digital Profile Maintenance Plan: A subscription-based plan allowing the Client up to 3 revisions to their Digital Profile per month.

Payments

Payments are exclusively processed online through our secure PayPal-powered payment portal. Payments made are subject to the terms of third-party service providers we use.

User Data

Any information which is part of the order placement process for our Products and Services, which we gather from Clients through our designated Google Form.

Privacy Policy

A Privacy Policy is a set of rules our website or service follows to protect your personal information and privacy.

Termination

Termination can occur for various reasons, including non-payment, breach of agreement, or unethical conduct.
